Torquay plans to focus its exploration efforts in southeast Saskatchewan and southwest Manitoba in order to develop a geographically focused asset portfolio targeting light oil reserves. To date, Torquay has drilled the four commitment wells under the Lake Alma Farm-Out and Option Agreement and has completed an asset acquisition at Viewfield, SK. The Company will continue to aggressively pursue exploration, exploitation and acquisition opportunities in and around its core areas.

Lead by a management team with extensive technical experience in its areas of focus, Torquay will pursue conventional drilling opportunities where geological features are similar to those of its other lands.
